SCHEDULING
Please contact us via phone (508-308-2488) for scheduling. The shoot will take between 1 to 2 hours. Most homes can be shot in 1.5 hours although some larger property shoots may take longer.

PRESHOOT
Please refer to the document “Preparing the Home for a Photo Shoot” and provide this to the homeowner well in advance of the shoot. Precious time and photos are lost when time is spent waiting for cleaning, de-cluttering, yard work, etc. is happening during the shoot.

THE SHOOT
The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner (the agent) should be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Our goal at the shoot is to provide approximately 30 quality images for MLS that include interior and exterior shots. Virtual Tours have no limit on photos and we often shoot many more than 30, however, we only shoot images that are attractive and lure the buyer to the home.

PETS
Please make sure pets are contained prior to arrival of photographer. This is another precious time waster. Pets are not photographed and need to be housed in an area not being photographed. Moving pets from room to room during the shoot can steal precious time resulting in fewer photos.

PHOTO DELIVERY
Once the photos are shot they will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you via email link within 24-36 hours. The fastest way to have your Virtual Tour live is to text the MLS # when you have it to 508-308-2488. The MLS# is required to activate the links to the BRANDED and UNBRANDED tour links which will be sent via email.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation or rescheduling of a shoot is necessary, please give 24 hours notice. There will be a cancellation charge of $50.00 if the shoot is canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

PAYMENT
Please be prepared to pay the photographer at the time of the shoot in the form of cash or check.

For the best photos it is important that these tasks are addressed prior to the photographers arrival. The photographer will not be able to wait for this to be done during the shoot time. Works of art should be removed prior to photography. If this is not possible, the client and photographer will work to disguise these objects via shot angle. Arrangement can be made for paintings and prints to be disguised through editing in postproduction to make them less recognizable. If the latter is the case, please discuss this during scheduling.

IMAGE STORAGE
Photo Your Home & Business typically only stores real estate photos for a year. In the case of a home being removed from the market and later returned by the same Realtor there maybe a $25 reactivation fee if the tour has already been deactivated.

PHOTO RIGHTS © AND USAGE
All photos produced for the client may be used by that agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Please note that the photographer will copyright the photos and a license granted only to the agent and NOT to any third party.
Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
